A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with his murder.
Witnesses told police there had been an altercation inside the club and the suspects left in a red car.
They say later an unknown car pulled into the parking lot and a person got out and shot Oshin.
On Thursday, officers responding to a call of gunshots being heard in the area of 25thStreet and Jefferson Avenue made contact with the suspect and determined he was wanted for the homicide.
Rashad D’Antrell Ashlock, 20, was taken into custody without incident and, after being interviewed, was placed in the custody of the Newport News City Jail

He was my family's neighbor for many years. A gentle soul to the very core,my father was sharing how they used to talk about this and that. What a great loss? God will take care of the kids.
