West Virginia - A 28-Year-Old Man And His Daughter Arrested For Having S*x With Each Other

In West Virginia, a man and his step-daughter have been arrested and charged with incest in. 

According to reports, Police arrested 28-year-old Kelcey Nicholas and 21-year-old Lataura Jarrett and charged them with incest even though they are not related by blood and are both over the age of consent. 

The couple reportedly face 15 years jail term.
